The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of
St. Paul Shadwell in the Sd. County

Sheweth

That by Order under the hands & Seal of the
Honble. George Carpenter< no role > and Thomas Scott< no role > Esqr
two of his Majties. Justices of the peace of the yr.
County Quor Un dated the 15th. day of this Instant
April Johanna< no role > the Wife of Daniell Thorne< no role >
aged 32 years and Johanna< no role > her Daughter by
her Sd. Husband Daniell< no role > aged 3 months
were removed from the Parish of St George
Hannover Square in the Sd. [..] County unto the Sd.
[..] Parish of St. Paul Shadwell
as the place of their last legall Settlemt.
by which order Your Petrs. conceive themselve
agreived and appeal against the Same.

And humbly pray that yor. Worships will
be pleased to appoint a day this present
Quarter Sessions for the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said
Parish of St. George Hannover Square
to attend this Court to hear the Judgmt.
