To the Right Worshipfull his Maties Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx
in their General Quarter Sessions of the Peace Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeale of the Overseers of the
Poor of the Liberty of Glass house Yard in the Parish of
St Botolphs without Aldersgate in the said County

Sheweth


That by a Warrant of Removall under the hands and Seales of John
Fuller
< no role > and Alexander Ward< no role > Esqrs two of his Maties Justices of the Peace for
County of Middx (Quor Unus) bearing date the first day of Septemr
One Thousand Seven hundred and twenty five , Joseph Mecum< no role > and
Mary< no role > his wife were removed and Convey'd from the Parish of Saint
Sepulchre in the County of Middx to the said Liberty of Glasshouse Yard as the
Place of their last Legall Setlement

That Yor Petitioners Apprehending themselves Aggreived [..]
Orderaforesaid warrant of the said two Justices humbly Appeale to this Court against
the same

Therefore Your Petitioners most humbly pray this
Court will be pleased to appoint a day sometime this prsent
General Quarter Sessions of the Peace and to Order that the
Churchwarden and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish
of St. Sepulchre and all other Parties concerned may Attend this
Court to hear and Abide the Final Arbitrament & Determinacon
of this Court touching the Matter of this Appeale.

And your Petrs shall ever pray Etc.
