It is Ordered by this Court that the within named
John Gary< no role > have notice of this peticon, and that he doe
attend this Court on Friday next at ten of the clock
in the forenoon to shew cause why his bill of
charges within menconed should not be taxed by

and why the Petr. should not be releived in the
premisses within menconed in such manner as this Court
shall think just,
