WHEREAS it appeareth unto Us, whose hands and Seals
are hereunto set, Two ofhisMajesties Justices of the
Peace for theCounty of Middlx
(Quorum unus) upon the Complaint of the Church-Wardens and Over-
seers of the Poor of the Parish ofSt Giles without Cripplegate
in the saidCountythatElizabeth Lilley< no role > wife of

lately come into the said Parish, endeavouring to settle
herselfethere without giving Notice in Writing to the said
Church-Wardens, or Overseers of the Poor, or any one of them, of the
House ofherabode in the said Parish, according to
the Statute in that Case made and provided; And that the saidElizabeth

mand you and every of you, forthwith upon fight hereof to remove and

and deliverherunto the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the
