doth inhabite And that the said respective petty Constables do also
give notice to the said Ale house keeper and Victuallers to appear
before the said Justices of the peace or any two or more of them at
such place day and hour as they shall appoint as aforesaid touching
the premises, And to the end that the contents of this Order may be
duely performed by the said respective petty Constables the high
Constable oftheDivision aforesaid
hereby required forthwith to issue out precepts unto them
respectively for the purposes aforesaid, and the said high Constables
as also to attend the said Justices of the peace or any two or-
more of them at their meeting together touching the premises.
