For preventing the granting of Licences at the next General
Renewing of Alehouse keepers licences for
Division in this County unto such Alehouse keepers as keep
disorderly houses, or permit or suffer unlawful games in their
houses or Yards, or live in private remote places where it is
improper that any Alehouse should be kept or who are
disaffected to his Maty or his Government It is thought fit and
Ordered by this Court that the respective petty Constables of the
several parishes hamblets and places within the said Division
do before the said next general renewing of Licences personally
attend and retorn upon Oath to his Maties Justices of the peace
for this County inhabiting within the said Division or any two
or more of them at such place day and hour as they shall for-
that purpose appoint a true and exact lift in writing fairly
written of the true Christian and Surnames of all Alehouse keepers
And Victuallers as well already licenced as unlicenced within
their respective parishes hamblets and places, who keep
disorderly houses, or suffer unlawful Game or Games to be used in
their respective houses, out houses yards, gardens or backsides, or
who live in private remote places where no Alehouse or Victualling
house ought to be kept or who are disaffected to his Maty or his
Government together with the name of the Street, Lane, Court,
alley place and sign where each Alehouse keeper or Victualler.
