Upon reading the Drat. of a Representacon of his
Maties. Justices of the peace of this Countyassembled
assembled at this present sessions against Samuel
Newton< no role > Esqr . one of the Justices of the peace of
the said County touching the misdemeanours-
therein specifyed, It is Ordered by this Court
that the said Representacon be ingrossed-
And that Thomas Abney< no role > Esqr . Chairman of
this Court be and he is hereby desired in
the name & on the behalfe of his Maties. Justices
of the peace of this County to attend & lay-
before the night honble. the Lords Comrs. for
the custody of the Great Seale of Great
Britain the aforesaid Representacon, to the intent-
that such Redress may be had as to their
Lordpps wisdome shall seem meet,
