Upon heareing of the appeale of the Churchwarden &
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Andrew
Holborne in the Liberty above the barrs in this
County against an Order under the hands & seales of
John Milner< no role > & John Mercer< no role > Esqrs . two of his Maties.
Justices of the peace for the Said County (Quorum
Unns) beareing date the ninth day of February
last whereby Ann Smith< no role > Widow of Lawrence
Smith
< no role > deced and Ann< no role > aged about eight yeares
daughter of the Said Ann Smith< no role > by her Said late
husband were removed from the parish of St. Giles
in the fields in this County to the Said parish of St. Andrew
Holborne in the Liberty above the barrs as the
place of the last legall Settlemt. of the sd. Ann Smith< no role > &
Ann< no role > her daughter , And upon heareing [..] of what
was insisted on by Councell for the Inhitants of the said
parish of St. Giles in the fields & alsoe by Councell for
the Inhitants of the said parish of St. Andrew Holborne
in the Liberty above the barrs, For that it appearell
to this Court that the Said Ann Smith< no role > & Ann< no role > her
daughter were last legally Settled in the sd. parish
of St. Andrew Holborne in the Liberty above the barrs
This Court doth disallow of the Said appeale, And doth
ratify & confirm the aforesaid Order of the sd two Justices
of the peace,
