The humble Peticon & Appeal of ye Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of ye Parish of Chels [..]
in ye said County of Middx

Humbly Sheweth

That by virtue of an Order under the Hands and
Seals of William Gore< no role > & Stephen Brice< no role > Esqr . two of his Majties.
Justices of the Peace for the said County (Quor. Un) Dated ye 26th day
of December 1722 . Anne Coffee< no role > Wife of William Coffee< no role > and their
Child Anne < no role > Aged almost 6 Years was removed from the Parish of
St. Martin in the Fields in the said County to the said Parish
of Chelsea as the last legal Settlement of the sd.Anne Coffee< no role >
and her said Child, whereby the sd. Parish of Chelsea think
themselves aggrieved

Your Peticonrs. therefore humbly prayes
this Court will appoint a day for hearing
the said Appeal and that all Psons
concerned may attend at ye same time

And your Peticonrs shall ever pray Etc
