The Humble Petition of Henry Evans< no role > of the Parish
of Ealing in the said County Gent:

Sheweth

That your Petitioner was at the
East Court Leet held for the Mannor
of Ealing in April last return'd for
one of the Headboroughs of the said
Parish, And that your Petitioner
is above Sixty Six Years of Age Came
and feeble, and not Lyable to Execute
such Office, by reason of his age as
he is Credibley Inform'd by Councell,
and not Lyable to doe suit or service
to the said Court out of which Leet
the Headboroughs ought to be chosen.

Yor. Petitioner Therefore humbly prays
this Worshipfull Bench, would be pleased
to releive him against such Choice

And Yr Petitioner as in Duty
bound shall over pray Etc.
