was appointed to be heard & determined by this Court on

of what was alledged by ComAnd Councell on both sides
now attending this Court It is by their consent Ordered by-
this Court that the heareing & determining of the said
appeale be adjourned Untill the next Generall Quarter
Sessions of the peace to be hold for this County, And that
the said Appellants & alsoe the Church warden & Overseers
of the poor of the sd hamblett of Bothnall Green & all-
