Whereas the Churchwarden & Overseers of the poor of the-
parish of St. Andrew Holborne for the LIberty above the
barrs in this County exhited their humble peticon &
appeale unto this Court on Wednesday the fifth day of
September instant Setting forth that by a Warrant or-
Order under the hands & seales of Sr. Isaac Tillard< no role > Knt .
& Samuel Benson< no role > Esqr . two of his Maties. Justices of the peace
for the sd County (Quorum Vnns) bearing date the
twenty fourth day of July last Edward Harris< no role > & Ann< no role > -
his wife were removed or passed from the hamblett of
Bethnall Green in the parish of St. Dunstan Stepney als
Stebunheath in the sd County to the sd parish of St. Andrew
Holborne above the barrs as the place of the last legall
settlemt. of the sd. Edward Harris< no role > , And that the Petrs. finding
themselves aggreived by the Judgmt. of the sd two Justices-
appealed to this Court against the same, Which appeale
was appointed to be heard & determined by this Court on
this tenth day of September instant ,Now upon heareing
of what was alledged by ComAnd Councell on both sides
now attending this Court It is by their consent Ordered by-
this Court that the heareing & determining of the said
appeale be adjourned Untill the next Generall Quarter
Sessions of the peace to be hold for this County, And that
the said Appellants & alsoe the Church warden & Overseers
of the poor of the sd hamblett of Bothnall Green & all-
persons concerned doe attend his Maties. Justices of the
peace at the next Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace to
be holden for this County by adjormnt. on Monday the eighth
day of October next at ten of the clock in the forenoon to heare &-
abide their Judgmt. & determinacon touching the said appeale
