for the County of Middx in guarter Sessions Assembled

Sheweth

That by an Order under the hands & Seales of Richard
Brown
< no role > & Jacob Harry< no role > Esqrs : Two of his Maties Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlx (Quor un) and Inhabiting within the Limitts of the Psh: Church of the ph:
of St. Mary Islington in the said County Yor: Peticoner is Adjudged the reputed
Father of a Female Bastard Child born on the Body of Mary Littlejohn< no role > Single
woman on the Tenth day of August Last in the Said parish of St: Mary Islington
the Said Order bearing Date the Seventh day of September 1722 .

And yor Peticoner by the said Order is also Adjudged to pay to the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor or to Some or one of them the sume of forty Shilling
of Good & Lawfull money of Great Britain towards defraying the Charge of the Ihatants
of the said parish of St: Mary Islington for the releife of the said Female Bastard Child
for the first four weeks after the birth thereof and for the charge of her lying Inn & also
that yor Peticoner shall weekly & every week afterwards pay unto the said Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor or to one or one of them Two Shillings & Six Pence towards the releife &
maintainance of the said Female Bastard Child, shall remain Chargable to the said parish [..]
and of and fromthe chargethe Charge there of at all times hereaftershall save and keep harmless [..]
Indempnifie the Inhitants of the said Parish of St: Mary Islington; And forthwith give
sufficient Security to the Church wardens & Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St.
Mary Islington for the true Pformance of the sd: Order, Or to Appear at the next Gent: Quar [..]
Sessions of the Peace to be holden for the said County of Middx then & there to abide Such
Order as the Justices of the peace for the said County or the more Part of them shall take in
that behalfe

Yor: Petr: therefore thinks himself Agreived by the said Order and Appeales
against the same, And Pray this Honble: Court that a day may be Appointed
for all psons Concerned to Attend And that yorr: Petr: may have such releife
in the Prmises as to Yor: Worships in Yor: great wisdom shall seem meet
upon hearing the Parties

And Yor. Peticoner Shall ever pray Etc.
