Sheweth

That by an Order under the hands & Seales of
John Milner< no role > & John Richardson< no role > Esqr two of
his Maties Justices of the peace for the said County
of Middx (Quor un) bearing date the one and
twenteeth day of August last Mary Lambe< no role > wife
of Joseph Lambe< no role > was removed from the Parish
of St Giles in the Feilds in the Said County to the
Said Parish of St Martin in the Feilds as the place
of the Last legall Settlemt. of the said Joseph Lambe< no role >

That your Petr Thinking themselves aggreived
by the order of the said two Justices of do appeal there from
to the Judgemt of determinacon of this Court

Your Petr therefore humbly pray
our Worships will be pleased
to appoint some day this prsnt
session to hear & determine the
matter touching this Appeale
