That in May last Your Petitioner became bail for one
Stephen Winston< no role > (then a Servant to your Petitioner) before
the Worshippfull Justice Mercer for his Appearance
in this Court the next Sessions

That the said Stephen Winston< no role > hath ever suite absconded
and Yor peticoner hath been at great Charges in
Endeavouring to Apprehend him But the same
hath proved Ineffectuall

Your Pet therefore humbly pray
Your Worshipps will be pleased foresaid
the said Recogniance Sune Die

And Yor Petr shall Ever pray Etc.
