To the Right Worshipfull his Maties Justices of the peace for the County of Middx

The Petition and Appeale of John Fuller< no role > of the
Parish of St James Clerkenwell in the said County of
Middx Esqr

Sheweth

That by the Severall Rates made this present Year for Releife of the
Poor of the said Parish and also for defraying the Charges and paying
the Wages of the Scavengers Rakers and Other Officers within the
said Parish for Carrying away the askes Dirt Fifth and Soil
Your petitioner is charged in the said Rates up to the Almost Rent
which he pays, notwithstanding many Inhabitants in the said parish
are greatly Under Rated, Whereby Your Petitioner thinks himselfe
Aggreived and Appeales against the Same unto this Court

And pray's that this Court will be pleased
to appoint the same to be heard in this Court
at the next Generall Quarter Sessions on Thursday
the Elleaventh day of October next and that the
Church wardens and Overseers of the poor of the
said Parish of St James Clerkenwell and also ye be
Ordered then to Attend to hear and abide the
determination of this Court

And yor Petitioner shall ever pray Etc.
