To the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Liberty
above the Barrs in the parish of St Andr Holborn in
County of Middx and to the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Parish of St Brides als Bridgetts
in the City of London to Either or Every of
them.

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made by you unto us whose
Hands and Seals are hereunto set two of his Majesties
Justices of the Peace (Quorum unus) for the County of Middx
aforesaid, that Elizabeth Day< no role > is
lately intendedinto your said Liberty & Parish
of St Andr Holborn there to inhabit as a Parishioner contrary to
the Laws relating to the Settlement of the Poor, and is there likely
to become Chargeable, if not timely prevented. And whereas up-
on due Examination and Enquiry made into the Premisses taken
Upon Oath it appears
unto us, and we accordingly Adjudge, That the said Elizabeth
Day
< no role >
likely to become chargeable, and that her last Legal Place of Set-
tlement was in the Liberty Above the Bagrs in
the parish of St Brides als Bridgetts in the
City of London .

THESE are therefore in his Majesties Name to Order and
Require you the said Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
St Brides Etc aforesaid, That you, or some of you do forth-
with remove and convey the said Elizabeth Day< no role >
from your said parish of St Andr
to the parish of St Brides Etc aforesaid, and her deliver
to the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or some or
one of them, together with this our Warrant or Order, or a true
Copy hereof, whereby they are likewise requir'd in his Majesties
Name, and by Virtue of the Statutes in such Case made, forthwith
to receive the said Elizabeth Day< no role >
into their said Parish and provide for her
as their own Parishioner. Given under our Hands and Seals, the
28th day of November Anno Regni Regis Dom
