Whereas complaint hath been made unto us
two of his Maties: Justices of the peace for the Said
County of Midlx (Quor. unr) by the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St. Botolph
without Aldgate in the said County that Thomas
Sparkes
< no role > Margt< no role > : his Wife & Thomas< no role > their Son Aged
about Two years ye Lawfull Issue of the said
Thomas Sparkes< no role > and Margt: his Wife are lately
come into ye said par [..]

There contrary to Law and that they are likely
to become Chargeable to ye Sd. Parish Wee the
said Justices upon Examinacond of the premises and
of ye said Thos: Sparkes< no role > upon Oath do Adjudge the
same to be thre and that the last place of the
Legall Settlement of the sd. Thos. Sparkes< no role > & Margt: his
wife is in the Parish of St. Thomas's Southwark
in ye County of Surry.

These are therefore in his Maties
Name to Comand you on sight hereof to remove
& convey ye said Thos. Sparkes< no role > & Margt: his Wife
from and out of the said Parish of St. Botolph
without Aldgate to ye said Parish of St. Thomas's
Southwark and deliver them to ye Churchwardens
and Overseers of a poor there or to one of them
who are hereby required to recieve & provide for
them according to Law Given under our Hands
and Seals the 15th. day of Decr. Ano Dni 1720.

To the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the Parish
of St. Botolph without Aldgate in ye County of Midlx
And to ye Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of St. Thomas's Southwark in ye County of Surry
