The Humble Peticon and Appeal of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the Parish of ChristChurch in
the County of Surry.

Humbly Sheweth
That Anne Bird< no role > was (by Order or Warrant under the Hands
and Seals of two of his Majties Justices of the Peace of
the Said County of Midlx bearing Date the 25th. day of November
Anno Dom 1720) removed from the parish of St. Clemt. Danes
in the Said County of Middx to the Said Parish of ChristChurch as
the place of her last legal Settlement That Yor Peticoners
humbly conceive that they can make it appear this Court
that the place of the last legal Settlement of the Said Anne Bird< no role >
is not in the Said Parish of ChristChurch

Yor. Peticoners therefore humbly Pray Yor. Worships
will be Pleased to Order the Churchwardens And
Overseers of the Poor of the said parish of St. Clemt.
Danes to Attend this Court for the hearing the Said
Appeal at Such time as to Yor. Worships shall Seem
Meet.

And Yor. Peticoners Shall ever Pray.
