parish of St. Clemt. Danes in the County of Middx
And to the Church Wardens & Ovrseers of the poor
of the pish of St. Mary White Chaple in the said
County & to each & every of them

Whereas it appeares unto as two of his Matyes Justices of the
peace for the sd. County of Middx (Quor unus) That Frances
Tatham
< no role > widw . aged eighty yeares & upwds. is come & antraded
into the sd. pish of St.Clemt. Danes contrary to Law & is likely to
become chargeble to the sd. pish whereof Complaint hath
been made by you the Churchwardens & Overseers of
the poor of the sd. pish of St. Clemt. Danes And Whereas it
alsoe appeares unto as upon Examinacon taken before as
upon Oath & other Circumstances that Samll. Tatham< no role > late
his came of the sd. Frances Tatham< no role > was last legally Settles in
the sd. pish of St. Mary White Chaple [..] We the sd. Justices doe
therefore adjudge that the sd. pish of St. Mary White Chaple
is the pish & place of the last legall Settlemt. of the sd Frances
Tatham
< no role > & that the is likley to become chargeable to theat sd. pish
of St. Clemt. Danes These are therefore in his Matyes Name
to require & Comand ye other sd. Churchwardens & Ovrseers of the
poor of the sd. pish of St. Clemt. Danes to remove & convey the sd
Frances Fatham< no role > out of & from yor sd. pish [..] the sd. pish of St. Clemt .
Danes unto the sd. pish of St. Mary White Chaple & her to deliver to the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
poor their or to some or one of them who are hereby required to
releive the sd. Frances Tatham< no role > into their Care & to provide for her
according to Law Given andr. our hands & Seals the 23th. day of
June 1719 .
