Honoured Gentelmen

your Humble Petisinor being ye poore
Mother of be wicked and ungodly Child, who
by her Vicious and wicked Cources hath gott
the foule distemper to a high deegree, and
I beeing verey Poore and not Able to helpe
her Made help my Address to ye Churchwarnds
off St. Pulchers, who tell me planley they
wil not Truble themselves to put her
Into ye Hospitall Humbly begg upon would
bee graciously, Pleased to take it into
Consideration that my Child may not perrich
for which In duty shall be bound to Pray
Etc.
