wardens & Overseers of the poore of the parish of
Humbly in ye. County of Middx.

Sheweth


That by a Warrt. undr: the hands & seales of Two
of his Majesties Justices of ye. Peace for ye. sd. County
(Quor unus) dated ye. 26th. day of June last Thomas
Franklin
< no role > and Anne< no role > his Wife & theire Two Children
(vizt) Elizabeth< no role > aged abt. 9 years and Martha< no role > abt.
[..] Eleven Months were removed from the parish
of St. Mary Matffellon als White Chappell
In the sd. County to ye. sd. parish of Finchly as
to ye. place of their last legall settlement

That yor. peticonrs. thinks themselves agreeved by the
sd. Warrt. & Humbly Appeale to this Court against the
same And pray thattheyor. Worsppl would be
pleased to Ordr. ye Churchwardens & Overseers of ye.
poore of ye. sd. Parish of White Chappell and all
other parties concerned may Attend this Court some
day this prsant Sessions to hear and abide the
Judgement & determination of this Court
touching the sd. Appeale
