That your Petitrs said Husband is Gone away
from her and his left her with four
small Children and her Land lady has
turned her out of doors for Nonpaymt of her
rent Insoemuch that she and her Children are
now Perishing in the Streets

Yor Petr therefore humbly
prays she may be allowed
such Imediate relief From
the sd Parish As to yor Worspps
