his Indenture Witnesseth
that John Mesuard< no role > & Son of John Mesuard< no role > Gent Gentl put
himselfe Apprentice unto Frideick Richard< no role > of this parish of St Martins
Lapedey And withafter the manner of an Apprentice to serve from
the date of the three prenteunto the full end and terme of
seaven Years from theme next ensuing fully to be compleat and ended During
which terme the send Apprentice his sd Master faithfully shall and will serve
his semels keep his Lawfull Commands every where gladly doe Geo shall doe no
damage to his sd Master nor see it to be done of others but to his power shall
let or forthwith give notice to his sd Master of the same The goods of his sd
Master shall not waste, nor the same without Lyreme of him to any give or lend
Hurt to his sd Mastershall not doe cause or procure to be donelied shalls
neither buy nor sell without his Master Lyreme Towerns, Inns, or Alehouses.
live shall not hamut at Cards, dice. Tables, or any other unlawfull Games live shall
not play ferni [..] Gee shall not comit. nor contrat mates [..] or from
the service of his sd Master day nor night absent himselfe but in all thingo
as an honest and faithfull Apprentice shall and will demean and behave him
selfe towards his sd Master and all his during the sd terme. And the said
Masterin Consideration of the Summ of Seaven pounde unto & Six
of lawfull Money of Great Britain to him in hand welland twnty paid by John Mesuard< no role >
the Father of the said apprentice (The Receipt where of is howby
acknowledged) said Apprentice in the art mistery or occupation of a Lapeddry
which he now useth shall teach and instruct or cause to be
laught & instructed the best way and manner that he can findnes and providing
to and for his said apprentice. Sufficient wholesome meat Drivs washing
and Lodging and to keep him is Sickness or health the said John Mesuard< no role >
Father of, the said apprentice to find him in all manner of
apa [..] all Termtard for the true performance of all and every she sd Covenants
and agrements either of the sd parties above said build them self unto the other
firmly by these prsents In Witness where of the sd parties to these Indentures
Interchangeably have Sett their hands and Seals the Sixth daye
