Humbly Sheweth


That Your Petitr hath been confined in New Prison
in this County an Evidence for these Two Sessions
past And that last Sessions Your Petitr
convicted two persons for Felony and Burglery
and compleated his Evidence

That Your Petitr is ready to Starve in Prison
having noo Friend to assist him in the World
nor any Further Discovery to make.

Your Petitr therefore humbly
prays Your Worshipps will.
be pleased to Discharge him
from his said Imprisonment
And Yor: Petitr Shall Ever pray Etc
