case they should find any imsapplicacon of the moneys
levyed by the sd Act or any abuses of the power &
authority thereby granted, thereupon to certify the
same to the Justices of the peace at their then next Generall
Quarter Sessions to be holden forthethis County, the
time limitted for transacting which matters was by
Order made at the Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace
holden for this County by adjornmt. on the sixteenth
day of October now last enlarged untill this present
Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace holden for
the same County, This Court upon consideracon had
of the matters contained in the sd. Report doth
agree to the said Report But to the intent that the Trustees
therein menconed may be heard touching any mres
therein specifyed (if they shall think fit) This Court
doth Order that a coppy of the said Report be laid
before the said Trustees at their next meetingonafter the
twentythSeventhday of January instant , And that
the sd. Trustees may be heard touching thematters
containedmatters contained in the sd. Reporton
at the next Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace to
be holden for this County by adjornmt. at Hicks hall
