at present incapable of haveing his owne accompts touching the
publique moneys by him reced fully adjusted, And the sd. Mr.
Woster therefore prayed the direccon of this Court touching the
premisses, [..] This Court upon consideracon had of the sd. matter
doth not at present see any sufficient reason for exempting the
Inhitants of the sd. Tower Liberty from paymt. of the said
assesmts. But to the intent that the matter in question may be
compromised in an amicable manner Doth hereby Order
that it be And It is hereby recomended & referred unto Robert
Dennett< no role > Daniel Dolins< no role > & John Pery< no role > Esqrs . three of his Maties. Justices
of the peace for this County on behalfe of this County & alsoe
unto D'oyly Michel< no role > & Joseph Hayne< no role > Esqrs . two of his Maties. Justices
of the peace for the sd. Tower Liberty on behalfe of the same
Liberty to assemble & meet together touching the prmisses at such
times & places as they shall appointwho & where the sd
mr. Woster is to produce before them the precepts to him directed
for raiseing the moneys assessed upon the sd severall places
within the sd. Tower Liberty as aforesaid, and the sd Mr
Mount & other Inhitants of the same Liberty are may alsoe to attend
the sd. Justices of the peace to be heard touching the p
and to convene before them the sd. Mr. Mount & such Inhitants of the
sd. Tower Liberty as they shall think fit, and the sd. Mr. Woster
is then & there to produce before the sd. Justices of the peace the
precepts to him directed for raiseing the moneys assessed upon
the severall parishes & places within his Division for the
purposes aforesaid, And the sd. [..] Justices of the peace
[..] if there be any & [..] the sd. places in the Tower Liberty
[..] of the sd money assessed [..]
are desired to [..] what they shall in their Judgmts
examin if the said places in the Tower Liberty aforesaid are
legally & by what meanes exempted from paymt. of the said
think proper to be [..] by the sd severall places on
moneys assessed thereupon or whether they ought to pay the same And to as certain what they shall in their
Indgmts. think proper to be paidon accompteither by the aforesaid
of the moneys assessed for the purposes aforesaid either by the sd,
Libertyplaces in the sd. Tower Liberty or the residue of the Tower Division
for makeing good the deficiencys of the moneys assessed as aforesaid menconed in the sd. Mr. Woster's
accompt, And to certify their opinions in writing touching the
premisses unto his Maties Justices of the peace atthe next
their Generall or Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden
for this County to the end such further Order may be
made as shall be just,
