So the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the poor of the Liberty of Glass house yard
in the Parish of St. Botoloph without
Aldersgate in the County of Middlx And
to the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of St. Clement
Danes in the said County And to every
of them And to all others whom these
may Concern.

Whereas it appeareth unto us two of his Maties. Justices of the [..]
peace for the said County (Quorum unus) by the Complaint of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the Liberty of
Glass house yard in the parish of St. Botolph without
Aldersgate in the said County That Hannah Burford< no role > is lately
come and intruded into the said Liberty of Glass house Yard
Endeavouring to gain a Settlement there contrary to Law
and is likely to become a great their go to the said Liberty
(if not speedily prevented) And Whereas upon the Examinacon
of the said Hannah Burford< no role > taken upon Oath it appeareth
unto us that the said Hannah Burford< no role > was last legally
Settled in the parish of St. Clement Danes in the sd County
and that she hath not gained any legal Settlement elsewhere
Therefore wee the said Justices upon the proof aforesaid and
other Circumstances Doe Adjudge and Doom the place of the
last legal Settlement of the said Hannah Burford to be in
the said parish of St. Clement Danes in the said County
and whether she ought by Law to be sent

These are therefore in his Majties. Name
Strictly to charge and Command you and every of you forthwith
upon sight hereof to Remove and Convey the said Hannah
Burford
< no role > from and out of the said Liberty of Glass house yard
in and to the said Parish of St. Clement Danes in the
said County and to deliver her together with this precepts
to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor there or
to some or one of them who are hereby required to receive
and proorde for her according to Law Hereof faile not
at your perills Given under our hands and Seales this
Twelfth day of November in the Fourth yeare of the
reign of our Soveraign Lord George by the grate of
God of Great Britain France and Ireland King
