of the Justices of Peace in the Honoble. Court
of Hicks Hall Most humbly Sheweth

That yor Poore Petitionr having born almost
Elleauen Weeks Prisson in Clerkenwell
in a very poor & Destitute Condition not
having had any thing but ye jayle allowance
to Subsist her, And through Greve for ye Death
of her Husband & Children togeather is options
little better then rauing Madd and violently
troubled wth Fitts

Wherefore yor. Petition most humbly Prays this
Honorle. Court in Pritty to her poor Condition
to Discharge her and she will ever pray
for this Honbl Court as becomes
