Whereas complaint hath been made unto us
two of his Maties: Justices of the peace for the said
County of Middx (Quorum nnus) by the Churchwar
-den and Overseers of the poor of the Hamblett of
Spittle Fields in the Parish of Stepney in the said
County That Richard Scutt< no role > and Thamar < no role > his Wife and
Elizabeth < no role > their Daughter aged about a Yeare and
a halfe are lately come into the said Hamblett
endeavouring to Settle there contrary to Law and
are likely to become chargeable to the said Hamblett
Wee the said Justices upon Exminacon of the
premises and of the said Richard Scutt< no role > upon Oath
do adjudge the Same to be true and that the
place of the Legall Settlement of the said Richard
Scutt< no role > Thamar < no role > his Wife and Elizabeth < no role > there Daughter
is in the Parish of St. Paul Covent Garden in the
said County

These are therefore in his Maties: Name
to comand you on Sight hereof to remove and
convey the said Richard Scott< no role > his Wife and
Daughter from and out of the said Hamblett of
Spittle Fields to the said Parish of St. Paul Covent
Garden and deliver them to the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor there or to one of them
who are hereby required to receive and provide for
them according to Lane Given under our hands
and seals this 19th day of June ano Dni 1717
