for a Misdeamenour
for having found in his Custody two yards of Tycia Gold Cleathe
which with other Goods was Stold form your Peticoner To which
Indictment the said Glainster pleaded the Act of Indempuity
and was

That the said Cloath is in the hands & Custody of one William Harrison< no role >
in
Drury Lane
one of the Constables
of the Parish of St. Giles in the
Fields
who refuseth to Deliver the same to your Peticoner
without an order from this Court
