Sheweth


That as of last Sessions your Peticoner preferred a Bill of Indictment
in this Court against one Thomas Glanister< no role > for a Misdeamenour
for having found in his Custody two yards of Tycia Gold Cleathe
which with other Goods was Stold form your Peticoner To which
Indictment the said Glainster pleaded the Act of Indempuity
and was [..] allowed the same

That the said Cloath is in the hands & Custody of one William Harrison< no role > in
Drury Lane one of the Constables of the Parish of St. Giles in the
Fields who refuseth to Deliver the same to your Peticoner
without an order from this Court

Your Petr therefore humbly
prays your Worshipps will be
pleased to order the said William
Harrison

day this Session to Shew Cause
why he refuseth to deliver the said
Cloath to yor petitr:
