were removed from the parish of
St. Andrew Holburn
above barrs
in the sd. County of Middx
to the sd. parish
of St. Bridgit als Brides
,In which Order It is expressed
thatas the last legall place of settlemt. of the said
Elizabeth & her said three children, And upon hearing
of what was insisted on by Councell for the Inhitants
of the sd parish of St. Andrew Holburn above barrs
& alsoe by Councell for the Inhitants of the said-
parish of St. Bridgitt als Brides It appeared unto-
this Court on the oaths of severall persons and-
particularly on the oaths of the sd Francis Parents
& Elizabeth his wife that about twenty threeyear
yeares agoe they were marryed in the Chappell
of the Fleet prison and from that time lived together
about five yeares in wch. time they had four children
