It is ordered by this Court that the Surveyor of the Highways of the
Pish of St Mary. Islington in this County doe attend this Court
on Monday next att tenn of the clock in the forenoon to shew
cause why the petr should not be discharged from payment of
the monys assesded on him for repaire of the Highways of the sd
parish within menconed and why the petrs goods distrained for
the sd assessmt should not be restored to him.
