Corker

Cripplegate in the County afore said
Silk frain work (witter)

Sheweth


That yor: poore peticoner is Assessed two
Shillings to two pence per quarter by a
pound rate towards the reliefe of the poore
of the St. parish haveing a wife & two small
Children & she bigg with a third & to be
maintained by his One hand Labour And
for as much as your Petr pays but forty
Shillings per Annum therefore humbly
prayes to be discharged from paying the
Same as to your Worpp: shall seem meet

And yor. petr. shall pray Etc
