It is ordered by this Court that Elizabeth Chipp< no role > as who now stands
conivicted upon an Indictment agt: her for violently & dangerously
assaulting & wounding Joseph Worster< no role > gentl one of the High Constables
of the Hundred of Ossulston in this County be and she is fined for the Sd
Offence 6s:8d & that she be stripped uabed from the middle upwards &
openly whipped at a Carts Tayle untill her Body be bloody from the
watch house in a certain place called Well close Square near the
common publick Street there called Ratcliffe Highway through &
along the Said Street to the watch house over against the parish Church
of the parish of St Paul Shadwell in this County on Saturday the
seventeenth day of September instant between the hours of nine and
twelve in the Forenoon of the Same day and that she be then
delived out of his MatiessaidGoal of Newgate and comitted to
the house of Correccon at Clerkenwell in this County there to be
Kept to hard labour for the Space of Six Months without Baile or
Main prize, to remain till she pay the said Fine & under goe the
Said Imprisonment then to be delived paying her Fees 17s:6d.
