in the Counties afore said Blacksmith

Sheweth


That yor:poore petr is Assesed two Shillings
and two pence a quarter towards the
releife of the poore of the said parish have
ing wife and two small Children to be
maintained by his own hand Labour
And for as much as yor petr: payes but
35s: per Ann: therefore humbly prayer
to be discharged from paying the same
as to yor Worpp shall Seem meet

And yor: petr shall pray Etc
