To the Rt: Worshipfull his Maties: Justices of
the peace for the County of Middx

The humble peticon and appeale of the Church
wardens and overseers of the poor of the Parish of
St: Bottolph without Aldgate in yr said County

Sheweth


That by an order or pass Warrt: under them
hands and Seals of Edward Grose< no role > and John Cooper< no role > Esqr . two
of his Maties. Justices of the peace for this County (Quorum urns)
bearing date yr 27th: day of June last Dorcas Fandy< no role > the wife
of William Fandy< no role > with three Children (vizt:) Laboure Elderton< no role >
aged about three years, Millacent Elderton< no role > aged about Seven
months the Lawfull Issue of Edward Elderton< no role > deceased
and of Dorcas Fandy< no role > His Widdow and relict, and William
Fandy
< no role > aged about Nineteen Months Son of William Fandy< no role >
the second husband of the said Dorcas< no role > who was the Widdow
and relict of Edward Elderton< no role > deceased were removed from
and out of the precinct of st: Katherine in this County to yr said
parish of St: Botolph without Aldgate as to the place of their
last Legall Settlement.

Your petrs: finding themselves agreived by the
Judgement of the sd two Justices humbly appeal to
this Honble: Court agt: the same and pray that your
would be pleased to Order the over Seers of the poor
of the precinct of St: Katherine to attend thy Court son
day this Quarter Sessions to heare and abide the
Judgement and finall determinacon of this Court
touching the said Appeale
