To the Church Wardens & OverSeers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. Margaret Westminster in the said County
and Liberty And to the Church wardens and OverSeers of
the Poor of the Parish of Rt Bridget als Bride London
and to each and every of them.

Whereas Complaint hathbeen made unto Us two of his
Maties Justices of the Peace for the County and Liberty aforesaid
(Quorunus) by you the Church Wardens said Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of St. Margaret Westminster in the
County and Liberty aforesaid That Ann Talby Widow of my
Martin Talby Deed hath Intruded and come into the said
parish of St. Margaret Westminster Contrary to Law and in
that She is become chargeable to yr Said Parish.

And Whereas it also appears unto Us upon
Examinacon touching the premisses taken before Us upon Oath
and other Circumstances that the last Legall Settlement of
the Said Ann Talby< no role > is in the Said parish of St. Bridget als Brides
London.

We the Said Justice de therefore adjudge the sd
Parish of St. Bridget als Brides London to be the place of the
last Legall Settlement of the said Ann Talby< no role > And was
also adjudge that She is become chargeable to yr said Parish [..]

These are therefore in his Matices Hamr [..]
to require you the said ChurchWardens and OverSeers the [..]
Poor of the said parish of St. Margaret Westminster to remove
& Convey the Said ann Talby< no role > out and from your Said parish
unto the said Parish of St. Bridget als Brides London and her
deliver unto the Churchwardens or OverSeers of the Poor there
or Some or one of them who are hereby required to receive the
Said Ann Talby< no role > into their Care and provide for her according
to Law here of fail not as you will Answer the Contrary at
your Perils Given undr. our hands and Seales this 4th
Day of May 1715.
