The humble Peticon and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of
the parish of Orpington in the County of
Kent .

Sheweth

That by Order Dated the 17th Day of June last under the hands &
Seales of John Milner< no role > and John Richardson< no role > Esqrs : two of his Matys Justices
of the Peace for the County of middx (Qnor unrs) One Mary Bodenham< no role >
was Removed from the parish of St Giles in the Fields in the sd County of
Middx to the aforesaid parish of Orpington As the place of the last
legall Settlement of the said Mary Bodenham< no role >

That your Petitrs humbly Conceive themselves aggrieved by the Order
of the said two Justices and Appeal against the same the said Mary
Bodenham< no role > not having any Legall Settlement in the sd Parish of
Orpington But for as much the said mary Bodenham< no role > being now
very Sick and Weak cannot attend this Sessions As is now ready
to be attested upon Oath to this Court

Your Petitrs: therefore humbly
pray yor Worspps will be pleased to
order a Day next Sessions for all
parties to attend to hear and abide
the Judgement and Determinacon
of this Court touching the sd Appeal
