untill this present Generall sessions of the peace held
for the said County of Middx, Now upon mocon
made unto this Court by Mr. Corbett of Counsell for the
said Appellants who prayed that the heareing and
determining of the said appeale might be further
adjorned untill the next Generall Quarter Sessions
of the peace to be held for the sd County of Middx and
offered sufficient reasons for that purpose, It is [..]
Ordered by this Court that the benefit of the sd appeale
be saved unto the said Appellants, and that the
heareing & determining thereof be further
adjorned until the next Generall Quarter Sessions
of the peace to be held for the said County of Middx,
And that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor
of the sd. parish of Ealing upon notice of this Order
& all other persons concerned doe attend this Maties.
Justices of the peace for the sd County of Middx at the
next Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace to be held
for the same County by adjournt. on Tuesday the
twelfth day of July next at ten of the clock in the
forenoon to heare & abide their Judgmt. and
determinacon touching the said appeale.
