that by Order dated the tenth day of February last under
the hands & seales of Samuel Benson< no role > & Nathaniel
Manlove< no role > Esqrs . two of his Maties. Justices of the peace

Thomson< no role > with Mary< no role > his wife & his five children
were removed from the hamblett of Bethnall green
in the parish of St. Dunstan Stepney in the sd. County
of Middx to the parish of St. Benedict als Benefink
aforesaid as the place of the last legall settlemt. of the sd.
Robert Thomson< no role > , And that the Petrs. conceived themselves
aggreived by the said Order and appealed against the
same, It was by Order made at the said last Quarter
Sessions, for the reasons therein contained, Ordered that
the bew hearing & determining of the said appeale
should be adjorned untill this present Generall Sessions
of the peace held for the sd. County of Middx, Now upon
mocon made unto this Court by Mr.Corbett of Councell
for the said Appellants who prayed that the hearing and
determining of the said appeale might be further adjorned
untill the next Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace to be held
for the sd County of Middx and offered sufficient reasons for that purpose
It is Ordered by this Court that the benefit of the sd. appeale
