The Information of Peter Seager< no role > one of
the Constables for the parish of Snt. Martin
in the feilds and City & Liberty of Westmr .
taken by me Lawrance Snt. Loe< no role > Esqr .
the fourtenth day of March Ano Dom 1714

Which Informant on his Oath Saith that
having in his Custody Three Prisoners. Frances
Eustone
< no role > Thomas Eustone< no role > , and Charles Warner< no role >
and they being very unruly, and Disorderly also
creaking his Majestys, Peace contrary to
their good Behaviours, for which reasons he
the said Peter Seager< no role > Constable did on
Sunday night the Thirtenth instant March
deliver them into the Custody of Wm. Taylor< no role >
now keeper of his Majestys Prison the
Gate house , and Sie the Sd Seager going down
to the Sd Keeper this morning about Nine
of the Clock to demand his Sd Three Prisoners
was by him refused them, and say'd their
Cloaths was not dry, he the Said Seager Stay'd
about an houe at the Alehouse, then returned
again and reed this answere from the Said Wm.

< no role > Vizt That they the Sd Three Prisoners
was ready but they should go before Willm

< no role > Esqr . living in York buildings , and if
he the Sd Seager did not attend there imme
diately hewouldthe Sd Taylor would have
him the said Seager laid by the Heels. and
other Words to that Effect.
