In pursuance of an Order of this Court dated the 26th day of April 1715 We whose Names are hereunto set haveing taken
into our Consideracon the Act of Parliamt made in the twelfth year of the late Queen Entituted
an Act for Reduceing the Laws relateing to Rogues Vagabonds Sturdy Beggars and
Vagrants into one Act of parliamt and for the more Effectual punishing such Rogues
Vagabonds sturdy Beggars and Vagrants and sending them whither they ought to be sent
doe humbly Offer it as our Opinion That the several High Constables of the respective
Hundreds & Divisions of this County be Ordered by this Court forthwith to Issue out their
Prtepts & Orders to their several Petty Constables & other peace Officers that due care be
taken to see the said Law relating to Vagrants put into due execucon and from time to
time to make a Return of what they doe in pursuance of this Order to the Justices of
the peace of their respective Divisions. And in order that the said Law may more
effectually be put in Execucon It is our Opinion that the Justices of the peace of the
several Sessions of this County be desired to hold their severally [..] Sessions as often as

necessary [..] require a Return [..] veral High Constables p [..] y Constables & other peace
Officers of what they have done in [..] nce of such prcepls & Orders And our Opinion further is
That the Justices of the peace of the se [..] Divisions of this County be likewise desired to see that
the said High Constables Petty Constables & other peace Officers do their respective Dutys in pursuance
of the said Act or else that they do Levy the penalties in the said Act on every person Offending
against the said Act Witness our hands 30th day of April 1715
