To the churchwardens and overseers of the poor of the
Parish of Enfeild in the County of Middx or to any of
them and to the Church Wardens and overseers of the
Poors of the Parish of Edmonton in the Sd County of
Middx and to Every or any of them

Where as it appeares unto us whose hands and seales
are hereunto Sett two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middx (Quorum unus) upon the
Complaint of the churchwardens and overseers of the poor
of the Sd Parish of Enfeild that one Sarah Baker< no role > a Single
woman and Bigg with Child of A Bastard Child or Chilldren
is Come lately into the Sd Parish of Enfeild Endeavouring
to Settle her Self then without Giving Notice in Writing to
the Sd churchwardens or overseers of the Poore or ang of them
as by Law required or Renting ten poundes pr annum and is
Likely to become chargeable to the Sd Parish of Enfeild and
whereas it appeares unto us upon the Examination of the sd
Sarah Baker< no role > upon her oath that She Lived as a hiered Servant
with one William Jones< no role > of the Parish of Edmonton aforesaid
for the Space of one whole years and upwards and received
from him att the rate of three poundes ten Shillings pr Annum
for her wages during her sd Service and it not appearing to
us the Sd Justices that the hath obtained anyother Legall
Settlement Scince wee the said Justices dor therson adjudge the Sd
Sarah Baker< no role > to be Last Legally Settled in the Parish of Edmonton
and County at Middx and ought to be Sent thither

These are therfore in his Majesties name Stricktly to charge and
Require you the church wardens and Overseers of the [..]
Poore of the Sd Parish of Enfeild some or one of you forth with on
Light Here of to Remove and Convey or cause to be Removed or Conveyed
the body of the sd Sarah Baker< no role > out of the sd Parish unto the Sd
Parish of Edmonton in the Sd County of Middx and her deliver or
cause to be Delivered unto the sd Churchwardens and overseers of
the Poore there or to Some or [..] one of them who are hereby required to
Receive and provide for her as her occasions shall Require untill
Discharged of her by Due Course of Law and for your so doeing this
shall be your warrant Given under our hands and Seales att Enfeild
this 30th day of March Anno Domini 1715
