of the parish of st James Clerkenwell
In the said County Widdow .

Sheweth

That your petitr: is rated two Shillings and [..] Three pence p Month
(besides Over Rates) towards the relief of the poor of the said Parish
That your petitr: rents a House of noe more then Four pounds p
Ammus and hath Susteyned great Losses By meanes whereof She is
now Reduced to a poor and lowe Condicon and is not able to
pay the said rate

Your Petitr. therefore humbly prays
such a Mittigation of the said rate As
unto your Worspps Shall seem Meet

And yor Petitr. shall ever pray Etc.
