< no role > Esqrs . Eight of his Matys Justices of the peace for this County
or any four of them to assemble & meet togeather at Hicks Hall
in St John Street in this County on Tuesday the Twenty fifth
day of January Instant at Nine of the Clock in the forenoon &
at such other time or times as they shall think to fitt to appoint
and to Inspect the Rate or Rates made for the Relief of
the poor of the said parish, and examine into the truth of the
said Appellants Severall Complaints, And that the said.
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the said parish
Doe attend the said Justices of the peace or any four of them
with the said rate or rates at Hicks Hall aforesaid on the said
Twenty fifth Day of January Instant at Nine of the Clock
in the forenoone & at such other time or times as they shall
appoint And the said Justices of the peace or any four of
them are hereby Desired to certify their Opinions touching the
whole premises unto this Court on Thursday the Seventeenth
day of FebruaryInstantnext at Nine of the Clock in the
forenoon to the End Such further Order may be then made
as shall be just, And it is further Ordered by this Court that
the said Appellants or some or one of them doe attend each
of the said Referres with this Order to the End the said
Referrees may be present at Hicks Hall at the time
aforesaid to Inspect the said rate or rates and to examine
into the truth said Appellants severall Complaints
above menconed
