Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of both the said
parishes & all other persons concerned doe attend this
Court on the said seventeenth any of February next
at ten of the clock in the forenoon to heare & abide the
Judgmt. & determinacon of this Court touching the said
appeale, And the consideracon of costs is reserved until
the hearing & determining of the said appeale.
