for the time being of the moneys to be raised by vertue of
the sd assessmt. this Orderthe sd. assessmt. within the sd Hundreds, And that the
high Constables within the Hundreds of Elthorne
Spelthorne & Istleworth in this County shall in ten
days after their rect. of the severall sumes of money
to be raised upon the sd assessmt. within their respcive
Divisions pay the same into the hands of Cha: Munden< no role >
Gentl (whom this Cort doth direct & appt. to be Trear
& Receivr . of the same) or into the hands of the
succeeding Trear or Trears for the time being of the
moneys to be raised by vertue of the sd. assessmt.
within the sd. last menconed Hundreds, And that
the moneys see to be paid in to the hands of the sd repcive
Trears as aforesd shall be disposed of for [..] of rebuilding the sd. dwelling house, repaire of the sd house of Co [..] & remaining the ought upon [..] of the sd house of [..] in such man [..]
as the Justices of the peace for this County shall by the
Order at their Generall Quarter Sessions of the peace
that behalfe direct & app; And It is further Order
by this Court that the sd assessmts shall be levyed by
distress & sale of the goods of every Inhitant of this
County see assessed not paying the same within ten
days after demand rendring the overplus of the
value of the goods see distrained to the Owner & Owne
thereof the necessary charges of makeing & selling
