To the Rt. Woppfull his Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middx .

The humble Peticon and Appeale of the Church-
wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Hamblet of
Bethnall green in the Parish of St. Dunston Stepney
in the County aforesaid.

Sheweth


That [..]
last part under the Hands and Seals of Saml. Benson< no role > and
John Poulson< no role > Esqrs . Two of his Maties Justices of the Peace
for the said County of Middx (Quor unus) one Dorthy Glass< no role >
widow late wife of Robert Glass< no role > deced together with her & six sd
late husbands Five Children (vizt.) Robert< no role > abt thirteen years old,
Anne< no role > about eight years old, and John< no role > about Four Years old, Edward< no role >
about Three Years old, and Sarah< no role > about Six Months old were
removed from the Parish of st. Leanord Shoreditch in the said
County, to the said Hamlet of Bethnall given as the place
of their last legal settlement.

That yor. Peticonrs find themselves aggrieved by the said
Warrt. or Ordr. of the said Two Justices, and humbly Appeale
agat. the same to this Honble Court,

Yor. Peticonrs. therefore humbly pray. yor. Wopps
will be pleased to ordr. the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the sd Parish of St.
Leonard Shoreditch and all other persons commn'd
to attend this Court some day this present sessions
to hear & abide the Judgmt. and determinacon of
this Court upon and touching the said Apeale
And that yor. Peticonrs may have such relief
herein, as to yor. Wopps shall seem meet
