The Humble Peticon of Joseph Bolton< no role > of the
Hamlett of Wapping Stepney in the Sd. County Taylor

Sheweth

That yor Petr. Severall years last past yor
Petr. being A Poor Inhabitant in ye Sd Hamlet was rated
four pence & Month towards ye. reliefe of the poor of
the Sd. Hamlet but now is rated 12d P Month altho'
his Circumstances in all respects is worse then hereto
fore being Aged near to years & so troubled wth.
Convulsions & other Indissasitions that render him
incapable of following his employmt. & altogether
unable to pay ye Sd. rate or any Part thereof

And therefore Humbly prays that yor Worspr will be
pleased to order yt. Yor petr be wholly discharged there from
or otherwise order for reliefe of yor Petr. in ye prmised as
to yor Worspr Shall Seem meet.

And yor Petr. Shall ever pray Etc.
