To the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of
the parish of Southmims in the sd County of the Middx
And to the Churchwardens & Overseers of yr poor
of the Pish of Sundon in the County of
Bedford and every of them

Whereas it appeares unto us two of his Majties. Justices
of the peace for the sd County of Middx (Quer unus)
upon Complt. of the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
poor of the aforesd Pish of Southmims that John
Keys
< no role > &his wife & two Children named Jonathan< no role >
and Elizabeth< no role > are lately come into the sd Pish South
mims by Certificate under the Hanes & Seales of ye late
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the said
Pish of Sundon thereby acknowledging the sd John Keys< no role >
& his family to be legall Inhabitants of the sd Pish of
Sundon & promising to receive them back again to their
sd Pish whenever they or any of them should become
chargeable to the sd Pish of Southmims : And it now
appearing unto us the sd Justices that the sd John Key
and his family are become chargeable to the sd Pish of
Southmims , and that they nor any of them have obtained
any legall Settlemt. there We the sd Justices doe therefore
adjudge the sd John Keys< no role > &his wife & his two Children
named Jonathan< no role > & Elizabeth< no role > to be last legally settled
in the said parish of Sundon by vertue of such
Certificate as aforesaid.

These are therefore in his Majties. Name to Charge & Cowardy
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the sd Pish of
Southminns that some one or more of you Forthwith
remove & convey the sd John Keys< no role > , his wife & two Children from
and out of the sd Pish of Southmims to the parish of Sundon afor [..]
and these deliver them to the Churchwardens & Overseers of the
poor of the sd Pish of Sundon or to some one of them/together [..]
this Precept or a true Copy hereof who are hereby required to
receive & provide for them untill they shall be discharged of them
by due Course of Law: And hereof Faill not Etc. Given under our
Hands & Seales this 12th. day of October Anno Dom 1714
